3. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros. Any delivery costs are indicated before order validation.
4. Order
The order is considered confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
5. Payment
Payment can be made by bank card via Stripe and, where applicable, by other methods offered on the website. The order is shipped only after payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are given for information purposes only. ArrosagePro cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with European regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification.
Products must be returned new, unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund is made via the same payment method, within a maximum period of 14 days.

8. Warranty and defective products
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer must contact ArrosagePro before any return in order to obtain instructions. Depending on the case, a repair, replacement or refund may be offered.
9. Liability
ArrosagePro shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use or inability to use a product, within the limits permitted by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the website’s privacy policy.
11. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the law applicable at the company’s registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
