In accordance with current European regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Products must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card / Stripe / bank transfer), within a maximum period of 14 days.
