2. Data we process
Identification and contact details (name, company, email address, telephone number), billing and delivery addresses, VAT number for businesses, order details, and technical data (IP address, browser). We do not store card details; these are handled by Stripe.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Processing orders, payments, deliveries and returns (performance of the contract).
Invoicing and compliance with our legal obligations (legal obligation).
Customer service (performance of the contract and legitimate interest).
Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest).
Marketing communications, only with your consent and with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
4. Recipients
Stripe (payments), carriers and logistics providers (shipping and warehousing), hosting and email providers, and our accountants. We never sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, subject to appropriate legal safeguards.
5. Retention
Order and invoice data are kept for 7 years to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Other data are kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@arrosagepro.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
