The Gardena Easy 1887 is a battery-powered tap timer that takes care of watering for you. Fitted between the tap and the hose, it opens and closes the water automatically, so lawns, beds, pots and hedges are watered even when you are away. It is designed for use with sprinklers and with the Gardena Micro-Drip-System, and works at a water pressure of 0.5 to 12 bar with clear fresh water up to 40 °C. It connects to taps with G3/4 (26.5 mm) and G1 (33.3 mm) threads and runs on a single 9 V alkaline battery (type 6LR61) with a battery life of about one year. A simple, reliable timer for private gardens.
