The Solem Villa 9 is a residential irrigation controller for 9 stations, designed to manage 24 V AC solenoid valves from your smartphone or directly from the unit. It combines Bluetooth Smart 4.0 Low Energy with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, so it connects straight to your home Wi-Fi router and can be managed remotely with the MySOLEM app (and web platform): manual watering, durations, start times, cycles and rain delay. It supports a master valve connection or pump start relay, and two sensor inputs for a water meter (pulse), a rain sensor or a pressure switch. The programming is permanently saved and the internal clock keeps running during power cuts of less than 5 hours. It is protected against surges up to 4 kV, and the customizable cover protects the unit from rain and UV. Maximum consumption is 0.75 A (18 VA); it runs on 24 V AC supplied by an external 230 V / 24 V AC transformer. Compact housing (16 cm wide, 14.5 cm high, 3.6 cm deep). 3-year warranty.
